1. ஷிப்பிங் கொள்கை (Shipping Policy)

ஷிப்பிங் மற்றும் டெலிவரி கொள்கை:

1. ஆர்டர் செயலாக்க நேரம் (Processing Time): நீங்கள் ஆர்டர் செய்த நாளிலிருந்து 1 முதல் 2 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள் (Business Days) உங்கள் பொருட்கள் பேக் செய்யப்பட்டு எங்களது கிடங்கிலிருந்து அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும்.
2. டெலி வரிகாலம் (Delivery Timeline):
   • தமிழ் நாட்டிற்குள்:  3 முதல் 5 வேலை நாட்கள்.
   • இந்தியாவின் பிற மாநிலங்களுக்கு: 5  முதல் 7  வேலை நாட்கள்.
3. ஷிப்பிங் கட்டணங்கள் (Shipping Charges): ஷிப்பிங் கட்டணங்கள் ஆர்டரின் எடை மற்றும் டெலிவரி முகவரியைப் பொறுத்து செக்–அவுட்  (Checkout) பக்கத்தில் துல்லியமாகக் கணக்கிட்டுக் காட்டப்படும்.
4. ஆர்டர் டிராக்கிங் (Order Tracking): உங்கள் பார்சல் அனுப்பப் பட்டவுடன், அதை ஆன்லைனில் டிராக் செய்வதற்கான டிராக்கிங்எண் (Tracking ID) உங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல் அல்லது கைபேசி எண்ணிற்கு அனுப்பப்படும். 
5. சர்வதேச அளவில் பொருட்களை அனுப்பு வதற்கான நடைமுறை இதோ:

(ஆ). ஷிப்பிங் கட்டணங்களைக் கணக்கிடுதல்: உங்கள் இருப்பிடத்திற்கான ஷிப்பிங் கட்டணங்கள், செலுத்த வேண்டிய மொத்தத் தொகை மற்றும் அதற்கான கட்டணச் செலுத்தல் முறை ஆகியவற்றை நாங்கள் விரைவாகக் கணக்கிட்டு உங்களுக்குத் தெரிவிப்போம்.

(இ). கட்டணம் மற்றும் அனுப்புதல்:  கட்டணம் பெறப்பட்டதும்,  நீங்கள் வழங்கிய முகவரிக்கு எங்களின் நம்பகமான கூரியர் சேவை கூட்டாளர் மூலம் பொருட்கள் உடனடியாக அனுப்பிவைக் கப்படும். உங்கள் பார்சலின் நிலையைக் கண்காணிக்க ஏதுவாக,  உங்களுக்கு ஒரு ‘டிராக்கிங் எண்‘ (tracking number)  வழங்கப்படும்.  ஏதேனும் கேள்விகள் அல்லது கூடுதல் உதவி தேவைப்பட்டால்,  எங்களைத் தாராளமாகத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளலாம்.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline:
   • Within Tamil Nadu: 3 to 5 business days.
   • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
3. Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and destination, which will be displayed during the checkout process.
4. Order Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS to track your shipment in real-time.
