ரிட்டர்ன் மற்றும் ரீஃபண்ட் கொள்கை (Return & Refund Policy)

திரும்பப் பெறுதல் மற்றும்பணத்தைத்திரும்பப்பெறுதல்கொள்கை:

1. ரிட்டர்ன் காலம் (Return Window): பொருட்கள் உங்கள் கைக்குக் கிடைத்த 7 நாட்களுக்குள் மட்டுமே ரிட்டர்ன் செய்ய விண்ணப்பிக்கமுடியும்.
2. தகுதி முறைகள் (Eligibility): புத்தகங்கள் அல்லது பொருட்கள் சேதமடையாமல், பயன்படுத்தப்படாமல், அதன் அசல் பேக்கேஜிங்குடன் (Original Packaging) இருந்தால் மட்டுமே ரிட்டர்ன் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும். பிரிக்கப்பட்ட மூலிகைப் பொருட்கள் அல்லது உணவுப் பொருட்களுக்கு ரிட்டர்ன் கிடையாது.
3. சேதமடைந்த பொருட்கள் (Damaged / Wrong Items): உங்களுக்குச் சேத மடைந்த அல்லது தவறான புத்தகம் அனுப்பப்பட்டிருந்தால்,  அதற்கான அன்–பாக்சிங் வீடியோ (Unboxing Video) அல்லது புகைப்படத்துடன் எங்களை 48 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் தொடர்பு கொண்டால், இலவசமாகப் புதிய பொருள் அனுப்பிவைக்கப்படும்.
4. ரீஃபண்ட் காலம் (Refund Processing): உங்களிடமிருந்து ரிட்டர்ன் பெறப்பட்ட பொருள் எங்களை வந்தடைந்ததும் சரிபார்க்கப்படும்.  அதுசரியாக இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில்,  உங்கள் பணம் Razorpay மூலம் 5 முதல் 7 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள் உங்கள் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் நேரடியாகச்  செலுத்தப்படும்.

Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1. Return Window: Customers can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, items (such as books) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Opened herbal medicines or food products are exempt from returns.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours with an unboxing video/photo for a free replacement.
4. Refund Processing Time: Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed via Razorpay to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
